These terms apply when you buy from ("we") through this website.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (United States) or pounds sterling (United Kingdom), depending on your region, and you pay in the currency shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation and charge your payment. We may cancel an order and refund you if there is a pricing error or a product is unavailable.

Offers

Free shipping applies to every order. "Buy 1, get the 2nd 50% off" applies automatically in your cart and at checkout: in each pair of mugs, the second is half price. The 10% welcome offer applies to single-mug orders only and cannot be combined with the second-mug discount; you receive whichever saves you more. We may change or end offers at any time, but never for orders already placed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Taxes may be added at checkout where required.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where our business is based, and any dispute will be heard in its courts, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
