What we collect

Order details: your name, email address, delivery address and the items you buy.
Payment details: entered directly with Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Basic browser storage: your cart and whether you have seen our welcome offer are saved in your browser so the site works as expected.

How we use it

To take payment, make and deliver your order, send receipts and tracking, and handle support.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations and to prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

Stripe, our payment processor.
Our production and shipping partner, who receive your name, delivery address and order so they can make and send your mug.
Cloudflare, which hosts this website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
